I love fantasy and Sci-fi (especially movies in that genre from the 80s), but also books, games, TV shows, Films, etc... 
 
I'm a bit of a gamer, but its not all consuming for me, I play when I feel like it.. I have a tendency to get wrapped up with one things or another, be it a book, series, game... I'll spend alot of time just focused on one for a bit... Currently (20.05.10) I'm watching the entire SG1 series... Up to season 7... Once I've finished that, its Sliders next...
 
I dont watch that much TV now days, instead I'll download or stream whole TV shows, no adverts and I can watch it at my own pace!
 
I have an Xbox 360, PS2, DS and Nintendo Nes. I have a fairly high spec PC, which I'm hoping to upgrade a bit soon (yay).
 
I like anime, and have been to a few conventions, in cosplay of course! Fancy dress is a passion of mine, and that ties in with the Gothic Alternative Club I go to called "Club Antichrist" based in Vauxhall, London. They do themed events and I love to dress up! Saying that, of an average day, I dont dress up... I wear no makeup and dress somewhat tomboyish.
 
Club Antichrist created a networking site, which I'm an active Moderator on called http://thealternativecommunity.com/. Its not for the faint hearted (18+ only). But if you have an open mind, you should give it a look! I have the same user name on there as here. 
 
I'm quite surprised its not as active on here... Being geeks I would have thought the forums and chatrooms would be more active. *shrugs* in time i suppose...
