About Me

What I am up to: 22 year old WKU student studying Graphic Design. Graduation date May 2012. I plan to move to Atlanta after I graduate to hopefully get a job at Cartoon Network if they are hiring, if not, another graphic design firm in town. To start, I am a Christian and I only date other Christians. If you judge me based on that I am sorry. And by Christians, you have to understand what it means. There is a difference between being raised Christian and truly understanding what it means to be a Christian. All in all, I am a nerd. There I said it. I'm a comic reading, cartoon watching, X-Box playing, action figure buyin' total nerd. And dang it all I love it! Some of my nerdy traits include a love of comics, animated cartoons, movies, web comics, text based Roleplaying (like on forums or instant messages), drawing my own comics, etc. I'm more of an entertainment based nerd then a intellectual nerd if that makes sense! I love being a nerd and nothing anyone says will convince me otherwise. But it all works out because my career and my nerdiness totally go together. So I guess if you're turned off by nerdy, quirky, unique girls who don't try to conform to the standards set by modern society, I'm probably not right for you. I guess you could call me mostly drama free (I say mostly because, well come on, I am a woman...) and VERY positive. I always try to look on the bright side and so it's rare to see me upset about something, at least in person. I'm usually always smiling and happy. I've actually been told I am annoyingly happy sometimes. Other then that, I am very outspoken, a bit cocky, loving and giving, etc. I have a soft spot for kids. I'm highly maternal but I am not ready to have children of my own yet. I don't mind doing outdoorsy things like fishing, camping, horseback riding, etc but I am not a highly athletic person. So things like rock climbing, running, etc don't particularly interest me. :)

I consider myself to be "curvy". And have been told I'm good on the eyes. I'm not a skinny-mini but I'm happy with how I am :) Blonde hair, blue eyes, glasses.

Currently I'm working to finish college. After that, I plan to move to Atlanta, GA for a job opportunity there. So if you are interested in pursuing a relationship with me you need to keep that in mind. I am moving to Atlanta no matter what. I will not be stopped because of someone, I know that sounds mean but I must follow my dream. I want to move to Atlanta but I don't like to move around to be honest. So once I get settled there I probably won't want to move again unless opportunity presents itself elsewhere. In the meantime, I do a lot of extra curricular activities. I'm a comic creator working on a few comic projects. I am also a graphic designer always doing something fun with that. Other then that I try to do some charity and volunteer work as much as I can!

I have two parents that are still married after 30 years, 3 siblings (1 older sister, 1 older brother, and 1 younger brother). We are all very close and they mean the world to me.

Cartooning, comic Booking, writing, being a nerd, being outspoken, working with kids, helping others to learn, etc. Books: Love me some comic books! That counts, right? TV: My Little Pony Friendship is Magic (Brohoof anyone?), Adventure Time, Regular Show, Hey Arnold!, Samurai Jack, Powerpuff Girls, Dexter's Lab, Gumball, Jem and the Holograms, honestly--if it's a cartoon that isn't by Seth McFarlane, I probably dig it. Movies: I can say what I DON'T like...vulgar movies, torture porn (ie movies like Hostel), some dumb comedies, dramas, and some action movies. Music: I like anything that doesn't have a ton of vulgar lyrics. Food: Give me something spicy and I am a happy camper!

I'd love to meet a guy who isn't just a "yes man". Who says yes because he truly DOES agree and says no when he disagrees. I hate when guys don't voice their opinions. We don't always have to agree but PLEASE don't be afraid to speak up. I'd love to be with a Christian like myself. My faith is a big part of my life philosophies and how I function so it would help if my partner also practiced these things and understood why I do what I do. I love guys who are into cartoons as much as I am. If you are artistic that is a major plus. I love guys who are kind and sweet towards others and don't judge or call people names based on appearances or stupid crap. If you're interested in me romantically, you should NOT ask me out if you are racist, a bigot, sexist, homophobic, think my love of cartoons and comics is stupid, are quick to judge people based off of their appearance, would rather spend time HATING people you disagree with rather then treating them equally, think that washing your hair and brushing your teeth is a waste of time, think that cheating and lying are okay in some circumstances, or just in general are an asshole...

I don't drink and I prefer to keep it that way. I hate the taste of alcohol, have never been drunk, and don't plan on getting drunk. I don't mind if other people drink as long as someone I'm dating doesn't drink habitually or get smashed all the time it's cool.

I love anything spicy!

If it's illegal, don't do it. If it's legal, still don't do it because it's moronic. My thoughts on weed: I think it should be legalized for financial and obvious reasons but I will not ever smoke it.

It's important to me to make sure you don't dress TERRIBLE but it isn't an important factor to me when dating.

I'm a couch potato lol. But I like playing outside here and there :)

Cleanliness is very important to me. I shower every day (sometimes every other day if I forget) but I brush my teeth 1-2 times each day and make sure I am clean and well groomed. I hate greasy hair, smelly breath, and no deodorant. Ew.

Love kids and they love me. I'm great with kids and want to have some someday! :)

Love dogs and fish, not keen on cats as much but wouldn't mind having one if someone else did the litter box.

I am fiscally conservative, socially liberal. I don't love to get into politics to be honest. I vote Republican over Democrat but I don't spend much time researching into politics.

I am a Christian. Not a perfect one mind you. I'm not a virgin and I have my fair share of sins. But I strive to love other people with all my heart no matter what. And damn is it hard. All in all, I want someone who gets that being a Christian means belief in God and God's word which commanded us to LOVE one another, not hate or judge.

I do not smoke nor would I date someone who smoked cigarettes, pipes, weed, any other type of drug, or smoked cigars regularly. Cigars are fine on special occasions or nights out with the guys. I know how boys like to be. But cigs are absolutely a no-no to me.
