Get rid of the useless chat rooms.

In the site's chat, it allows any user to make any room they want. Nice in theory, but all that I have seen it do is allow the creation of rooms that clutter the selection box. These rooms are created and then never used. Is there a way to clear these out or put a limit on how long they can exist for?
