I'm 29 and separated. I'm a ginger, Doctor Who would be jealous, and a really nice guy who is fun, funny, and interesting. A lot of people say that, but I've done a lot in my life in a short time. I have a collection of Japanese music and love Japan (not much of an anime fan though). I'll try just about anything once but I enjoy video games, music (writing and listening), TV, movies of all types, frisbee golf, computers, technology, smart conversation, and so much more. I geek out about a lot of things but I have a few passions. I love going to concerts and events. Video games have been a major part of my life, kind of like how reading is for some geeks. I do read sometimes and know that I'm not a game addict. I don't play MMO. I'm a bit of a philosopher, I like reading about ancient philosophers and reflecting on life and the meaning of things. A lot of things in my life have opened my eyes to a much bigger world. See the forest for the trees, or in my case, each leaf on a tree and how every one is unique. I mostly do this through music.
I'm very dependable and loyal to a fault. I've been in very long term relationships that were terrible for me so I'd like to meet someone who knows how a relationship is supposed to work.

Profile Information
My social life:
I recently moved to Denver and I'm looking for friends. I currently have none, just coworkers. I do have close friends far away but we can't exactly hang out. I've been going to a lot of meetup groups. I have a good time with anyone but I'd like to hang out play games with people, go to movies or the Esquire, or meet up and an arcade.
My insides:
I watched too much British TV growing up (Monty Python and Red Dwarf mostly), so I have a weird sense of humor that catches people off guard usually. I'm weird in a hilarious way I guess. Works great for MST3K and going to the Esquire. I'm very intelligent and inquisitive. I enjoy learning new things and meeting people with experiences I don't have. I used to be shy but I'm quite social now. People say I have a level of dedication and loyalty that most people admire, which I don't totally understand. I'm a gentleman but don't subscribe to gender stereotypes. I'm very honest and I'm not afraid to discuss anything including how I feel. I'm very secure and know what I want from life. I respect space and alone time. I have and would sacrifice and change my life or lifestyle for the betterment of my relationship.
My outsides:
I like to dress nice, even casual can look good. I'm thin, average height, ginger hair, brown eyes, and change my hair style every so often. Right now I do my hair like David Tennant as Doctor Who. I look somewhat like Hiccup from how to train your dragon, not too far off on the personality either. I wouldn't hurt a dragon either.
Occupation:
Internet Programmer for an ad agency
Other stuff about me:
Traveled: Japan, England, Scotland, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Italy, Costa Rica, and the Caribbean islands. So many more I want to visit.
Dreams: One of my dreams is to go to New Zealand. A dream of mine in high school was to become a mega star musician, the failure of that dream is a funny story. Although I'm writing new music now.
Things: I do video game reviews and they are somewhat popular. I have a huge collection of Japanese video game memorabilia. I collect retro video games and board games. I'm a computer genius. Sort of a jack-of-all-trades, I can fix and build things just using logic.
Odd selection of favorite bands: Smashing Pumpkins, Stabbing Westward, m-flo, The Hiatus, Guster, and Megadeth
Favorite foods: Cake, anything from Tocabe, mexican, Indian, and Japanese curry
Favorite TV: Big Bang Theory, The Office, Parks and Rec, CSI, Doctor Who, Monty Python, Red Dwarf, MST3K
Some Favorite Movies: How to train your Dragon, Harry Potter, Toy Story, Three Amigos, Willy Wonka(original), Star Wars(not a fanatic just like the movies)
Favorite Games: Giga Wing 2, Team Fortress 2, Mortal Kombat, any music game, Pikmin, Portal, Professor Layton
Odd fact: Densha Otoko is the greatest geek love story ever told.
Schools Attended:
College
Places you've worked:
Many including McD's and Wal-Mart. I managed a hole-in-the-wall CD store for a while. I started a career in Internet development and that took off.
My interests, hobbies, obsessions:
Obsessions: Doctor Who, TV & cell phone tech, PCs, and many things Japan. Hobbies: Travel, music, video games, game reviews, board games, frisbee golf, mountain biking, rafting, probably a ton more stuff. Interests: arcades, pinball, cooking, I'm sure there's more but I'm done typing.
Education Level:
College Graduate
I would like to meet:
Friends: Gamers, people into tech, movie buffs, basically if you're a geek in the Denver area then I might want to be your friend. If you like retro games, that's even better. If you enjoy arcades, super awesome!
More than friends: I'm definitely looking for someone who can make their own decisions but knows how to compromise. A woman that will value and appreciate how far out of my way I go to make you happy, especially when it's something romantic. Not afraid to show compassion and affection. Will travel the world with me and get excited when we see amazing ancient things and talk about how long they've been there and how cool that is. She would make me feel like we both treasure every moment together just as much. I want a companion, a love, a true happiness. If you have seen Densha Otoko, bonus points. Also honesty is incredibly important to me. I will always be honest, I only ask for the same.
My family:
I'm Norwegian, Italian, German, French, and Native American. I have a sister and I'm close to my parents and my grandmother.
Your thoughts in a nutshell
My thoughts on Smoking:
No sir, I don't like it
My thoughts on Religion:
This is a topic for discussion. I think people judge too much based on this so I'd rather discuss it than state where I stand. Don't make any assumptions though, I have a very different view on this from most people.
My thoughts on Politics:
I'll discuss. After all, politics are just talking points right? ;)
My thoughts on Pets:
Love all animals and I have 1 cat. I go to the zoo a lot.
My thoughts on Kids:
Undecided.
My thoughts on Alcohol:
Socially I'll take a good drink, don't like getting drunk
My thoughts on Diet:
Eat stuff that's good, try to keep it good for you. Like Indian food. Love me some Indian food and Mediterranean.
My thoughts on Drugs:
Never done it, don't intend to
My thoughts on Hygiene:
Clean and smelling nice
My thoughts on Fitness:
Trying to get into it, I do hike and bike from time to time but I'm not an active person in the fitness sense.
My thoughts on Fashion:
Should I admit I've watched project runway? Somewhat mod 80s but a mix of fashion styles I guess. I love H&M's styles most of the time.
