I'm taller than a hobbit and thinner than "The Bob". If you need superficial specifics, then I am 5 foot 4 inches and 128lbs. I have raspberry and violet hair with gold toned brown eyes. My skin is paler than cosmetic typically make so I'm unsure of my shade. I'm close to alabaster.

Occupation: 

I work in a bakery/diner. I used to have to deal with customers on a daily basis which as any one in customer service knows... is evidence of the existance of hell. Now, I get to stay in the kitchen and just bake my entire shift which is a lot more peaceful. Plus I get access to all the defect goodies. mmmm.... slightly crooked and cracked eclairs.

Other stuff about me: 

I dont like milk. I drink unsweetened almond milk instead. Sweet and salty is the best combo ever for snacks. I sleep with one foot uncovered to better regulate body heat. I have a phobia of mirrors, and unfortunately my bathroom has a mirrored wall. Not the best place for a mirror regardless. I like couponing, cuz I dont have a lot of money and would like to hold on to what I do have.

Hi, I'm Paul; a 21 year old pipe smoking cravat wearing chap with a passion for music, films and gaming. I'm a bit socially awkward, but my friends tell me I'm a nice (if strange) person to be around once you get to know me. Then again they would say that. I've not had anything approaching a serious relationship before, but I'm hoping to change that.

I have a small, quite tight-knit group of friends near where I live, and a wider circle from Brunel (even though I dropped out I still try to keep in contact with everyone, and it's close enough that I can pop by occasionally). My main obsession is probably music; I listen it a lot and my tastes range from hard rock and metal (Faith No More, Slipknot, Queens of the Stone Age, Iron Maiden), some more experimental/progressive stuff (The Mars Volta, And So I Watch You From Afar, Battles, Between the Buried and Me), a bit of dance/electronica type stuff (Pendulum, Skrillex, Mr Scruff, deadmau5), quite a few fun sort of pop, sort of rock things (Electric Six, Hot Chip, Bloodhound Gang, Mercury Rev) and bands described by some of my friends as "unlistenably quirky" (The Dillinger Escape Plan, Butthole Surfers, The Tiger Lillies, Maximum the Hormone).

As you can probably tell by this point, I could talk about music for quite a while, I have been known to respond to requests for music suggestions with 4-5 pages of stuff. I'm also a self taught (read not very good) guitarist.

I smoke a pipe... so yeah. Used to smoke cigarettes but stopped, mainly due to the fact that I smoked cigarettes because I was addicted, as opposed to the pipe which I smoke because I enjoy it.

I'm an atheist and a humanist, but I have a good deal of respect for religious people, as long as they are willing to discuss the topic in an open-minded way.

I have 2 criteria for deciding who to vote for: 1. Do they have a workable plan to achieve their goals? 2. Are they evil?

My thoughts on Pets: 

More of a cat person than a dog person, has a general loathing for parrots, due to previously sharing a house with a particularly psychotic example of the species. Would like to own a small snake.

I have no objection to them.

Generally drink it in moderation; a pint or two every few days. Occasionally I will set out with the intention of getting totally and utterly slaughtered.

Have no objection to them, but refuse to touch them, as I probably wouldn't be able to stop myself.

I brush my teeth twice a day and bath/shower most mornings. Generally prefer it when others do the same.

I'm quite out of shape at the moment, but am attempting to get into some sort of shape (preferably humanoid). So far it seems to be working.

Hello.

I am from Quebec originally and just moved back to Canada from Costa Rica. My life thus far has been about teaching people about animals, mostly animals people normally don't like such as insects and snakes. If you are scared of bugs don't even try.

I am a SCIENCE nerd, I love all of it! It blows my mind all the time! So when I am off, I like to go hiking and birding and looking for animals, especially for species i have never seen. I read science blogs and love to watch documentaries about anything cool!

When i am not obsessing over creepy crawlies, I go cycling, I am a huge Sci-fi fan, reading and watching. I like being outside. I have tattoos, and want more.

I enjoy listening to a lot of different music, at the moment i am stuck on Spanish music after my year in CR but i like mostly folk rock.

I only date Atheists so please, if you go to church or identify with a religious group don't waste your time!

I really appreciate educated people who can hold discussions. I don't mind video games from time to time, but it’s not really my thing... sorry...

One of the hottest girls I've ever met needed to lose 50 pounds and thought quantum physics was cool, yes, I'm intelligent, and I need an intelligent girl. I don't care if you have a few extra pounds, but I do want you to weigh less than I do. I prefer someone good looking, because good looks equals higher self esteem. I'm a single guy, never been married, no kids, no pets, and am looking for a long term thing. I had a cat, but he ran off with an old girlfriend. I drink socially, but never drink and drive EVER, (I'm a pilot and flight instructor, one DUI and the FAA will screw you forever.) This can make going out a bit boring for me, but if I'm driving you can drink all you want, and I'll just carry you to your door later. I don't smoke, and won't date someone who does (I know that doesn't help me much, living in NC.)

I'm a professional photographer, an historian, I love Star Trek, but I've never been to a convention, and that's ok with me. I like Star Wars, also, but it's not that big of a deal. I enjoy Amateur Radio, and have talked all over the world from the house and the car. I prefer to build my own computers, and this one appears to be working fine.

I've never been into video games, the last system I had was Atari. I don't go to Renaissance fairs, I only vaguely know what they are.
