NICKNAME AND PASSWORD. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a nickname. We may refuse to grant any nickname that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights law, is vulgar or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion, as we determine in our sole discretion. You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your nickname and password and agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the Site to any third party. You will not harvest or collect personal information about other Members whether or not for commercial purposes, without their express consent.

You agree and understand that SweetOnGeeks.com has not conducted investigation into the truth or accuracy of any of the statements contained in the member profiles, nor in any manner checked in the background or character of any of the members. You expressly understand that any relationship you enter into with another member of SweetOnGeeks.com is at your own risk and that SweetOnGeeks.com shall not be held liable in any way for any injury, physical or psychological, to you or any of your family members or friends as a result of your involvement with another member of SweetOnGeeks.com, whether involvement is in person or electronic.

For your own personal safety, you should exercise extreme caution when meeting any individual through this service. You may want to consult an outside agency that conducts background checks and criminal investigations expressly for dating service members prior to meeting another member of this service. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SOME USERS MAY EXPERIENCE EPILEPTIC SEIZURES WHEN EXPOSED TO CERTAIN LIGHT PATTERNS OR BACKGROUNDS ON A COMPUTER SCREEN OR WHILE USING THIS SERVICE. CERTAIN CONDITIONS MAY INDUCE PREVIOUSLY UNDETECTED EPILEPTIC SYMPTOMS EVEN IN USERS WHO HAVE NO HISTORY OF PRIOR SEIZURES OR EPILEPSY.

SWEETONGEEKS.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

This Agreement, accepted by you upon registering for the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and SweetOnGeeks.com regarding the Service and the Site, including the SweetOnGeeks.com Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the Terms will survive termination of your membership to the Service. This agreement shall terminate immediately and without notice if you breach any of the Terms, subject to the survival of all rights and reservations of SweetOnGeeks.com. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

The Member certifies that the Member has read and agrees to be bound by these Member Terms and Conditions.
